1. How can I get my order? We currently offer free local pickup AND free local delivery within our delivery zone! Our delivery zone can be found on our Pickup & Delivery page. We currently do not offer Canada wide shipping but hope to make it available ASAP!

2. I live outside the delivery zone, can you deliver to me? If you live outside of our delivery zone, please contact us and we will do our best to arrange something before you order!

3. When will I receive my order/when will it be ready for pickup? We strive to have all orders ready within 1-5 business days. But we get it, life is busy! Sometimes numbers change and parties come together last minute. If you need your order rushed, please contact us and we will do our best to fulfill it in the given timeline!

4. Do you price match? We do not price match but if you find our products at a better price elsewhere, please contact us and we can work something out!

5. Do you sell balloons? We do not currently sell balloons but we work with many amazing vendors we can recommend!

6. Do you plan events? YES! Our founder, Yael, is an event planner who offers full service party planning. We offer a variation of packages for events of all sizes. Of course, we are happy to help you put together your tablescape with our products complimentary.

7. Do you offer any discounts? Yes we do! All customers receive 10% off their first order with the code PIXIEPARTY10. For future orders, please follow us on Instagram where we will post discount codes from time to time.
